My AMAZING friend Angie Glancy

I personally met Angie my junior year at Seattle Pacific University. I absolutely adore her! Every time I am embraced by her presents she just makes me laugh! I talked with Angie about featuring her in my blog because I absolutely love her photos. Below is a little bio on my good friend Ang….

Angie has always been a lover for the arts: music, fashion theatre, photography, you name it. While always having a passion for photography and a yearning interest in it, the busy schedule and intimidation of starting a new business pushed the launch date. However, with a little motivation, inspired by a new D90 camera, Angie took the leap and decided to start a small photography business. While keeping it a secret for a few months, just shooting family and close friends, the word spread through networking of her business Angie Glancy Photography. One thing Angie wanted to focus on with her photography was creating the small moments that we often forget about. Her amazing eye for detail and not to mention inexpensive pricing are the main reasons people choose Angie as their photographer. Although not a full-time photographer, she truly loves the art and is constantly willing to challenge herself. With a full year under her belt, she continues to develop her photography, while currently working full time at the Downtown Nordstrom store. Her love for fashion thrives there, while her love for photography takes a seat right next to it.

Below are just a FEW of Angie’s photos that she has taken, please visit her blog and look at all of the other amazing pictures! angieglancy.blogspot.com

My Fall Essentials

Hello everyone!

I hope the transition from summer weather with Starbucks ice teas to pumpkin spice lattes is treating you well:) I wanted to share some fall essentials as the warmer clothes start to make their way to our closets and our wardrobe!

Looking for a great nail color? OPI - You Don't Know Jacques is an outstanding color ! Pictures on Gwyneth Paltrow above,  this color was originally from the Fall 2008 collection, but it is still very stylish! I promise once you try it you will fall in love! Other colors that I wear and suggest are OPI- Linkin Park After Dark and Zoya -Paris. These are essential colors, I absolutely love them!

What's in this fall? Ladies grab yourself a pair of trouser jeans! These are great jeans for the working women that want wear a more sophisticated jean. Brands I suggest? - Banana Republic and Gap have a couple different washes to choose from.Seven for all man kind  has a super wide leg pant called Ginger, which is often seen on celebrity stylest Rachel Zoe

Pony Tails! I love to break this next fall trend to you, PONY TAILS are in!!! Yes that is right, pictured to the right is the beloved Rachel Zoe whom sported this stylish look at Fashion week in NYC!! Start pulling your beautiful locks back for this coming Fall!

BOOTS! I just bought these Dolce Vita boots pictured below. This are great for someone that works downtown and for any fashionista that wants to rock a slight over the knee trendy boot! The fit real to size and are a great alternative to a rain boot (although I love the hunters) I bought mine in Black but the Tan is also a great color- these are a must for fall fashion!

Military Jackets not only provide a welcome alternative to the basic blazer, but can also be slimming! These jackets are pair well with jeans and a great set of flats! Don't want to spend a lot of money? The military jacket pictured here is from express and retails around $80.00! You can wear this opened with a tee underneath or button it up!

Ray Ban Sunnies - I love them SO much! They are city chic and can definitely be paired with any wardrobe! Another plus- they look good on all face shapes! Also if someone tells you sunglasses are just for summer - that person is lying :) Please rock sunnies any season!

Thank you for checking out this style blog! I have more hints for fall trends, so check back soon! Please comment and share this link with people who would enjoy!

Vita.Amour.Reaction

Hello My Bloggers and Friends!

I wanted to start a blog that was designed to discuss everything, whether it is about a good deal I spotted while walking through town, or something that caught my eye. I want to share it with you! I may post about adventures that occurred during my day or even feature friends in specific blog post. Some post may be long, some may be short , but you never know what will occur in life! I enjoy lots of different things including fashion, magazines, music, celebrities, sunnies and more! I hope you ENJOY!

First off, I will explain the title of the blog- my thought process went a little like so... I wanted to be able to write about anything in my life or others life that has possibly inspired me in some way, hint the VITA which means Life in Italian. I also wanted to write about things that I love or passions that I have, hence Amour. Everyone can understand the language of love in some way or another! I know that we ALL have something in life that we love or care about. Lastly there is Reaction, I think that I derived this from daily life, everyone in the world has different reactions to things that have happened... this is my Reaction. Please check back every week for a new post :)
